 What is a Rituals Gift Card?
The Rituals Gift Card is a payment card that allows you to pre-load any dollar amount onto the card and then use it at any Rituals Coffee House location nationwide to pay for your purchases.
How do I use the Rituals Gift Card?
Customers can load money onto the card using Visa, Master Card, Debit or cash. Then simply present your loaded card to pay for purchases made in the store.
Each time you use the card, the amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance remaining. The card will be returned to you each time, ready for your next visit.
Where Can I use my Rituals Gift Card?
Rituals Gift Cards can be used at any Rituals Coffee House location in Trinidad and Tobago.
How Can I Obtain a Rituals Gift Card?
Visit any Rituals location and ask a Sales Associate for a Card, determine how much you want to load on the card and how you want to pay – and the Sales Associate will take care of everything.
Are Rituals Gift Cards Re-loadable?
Yes, Rituals Gift Cards are re-loadable.
How do I reload my gift card?
At any time, simply present your activated Card to any Rituals Sales Associate and ask them to reload it with whatever dollar amount you choose.
Reloading works just like purchasing a new Card, except that any balance you had remaining on your card will be added to the new amount loaded, and your new balance will be the combined total.
What happens if I don’t have enough money on my Rituals Coffee House Gift Card to pay for my selected items?
The remaining balance on your card can be put towards your purchase and you then pay for the rest via Master Card, Visa, Debit or Cash.
What Should I do if my Rituals Coffee House Gift Card is Lost or Stolen?
If your Rituals Gift Card is lost or stolen and you have the receipt or the card number, please call 1-800-674-3663. The balance of the card will be replaced at the last value that was registered prior to the report.
